On the first Saturday of each month, teams of five come together to solve a murder mystery.
To unravel the mystery, teams must work together to find clues, solve puzzles and accomplish a series of tasks within a 20-25 minute time slot.

Past participants of the first iteration of our Escape Roomhad enjoyed themselves so much that we just had to organise new sessions for 2020! The first murder mystery night of 2020 took place on the 5th of January. Five excited teams took turns to solve fun puzzles relating to the museum and Queenstown to try to “break free”.. The puzzles included studying maps for clues and answering tricky questions.
Participants shared that they enjoyed the session greatly. We look forward to seeing some of these participants again!

Once again teams came together to solve a murder mystery at the museum. This time, we were joined by children and their parents. Lots of laughter drifted out of our event space and all participants professed to have enjoyed themselves that night. They reported being impressed by our volunteers’ ingenuity and dedication in creating an authentic and thrilling night for members of the public.
