An Open and Transparent Culture
My Community promotes an open and transparent culture where employees, vendors, clients and other stakeholders are provided an avenue to express concerns on any serious wrongdoing/malpractice without fear of reprisal. Whistle-blowers are encouraged to report their concerns in good faith. Their identity and the concerns raised will be kept confidential unless required by external law enforcement.
For corporate matters, My Community has in place protocols to facilitate independent investigations led by board member Choo Lip Sin who was appointed internal auditor at the organisation’s Annual General Meeting in September 2019. An independent counsellor has also been appointed to advise and weigh in on other matters.
